Welcome to EzyGet. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our mobile application (“App”), available on Android and iOS, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the EzyGet mobile app, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Our Services
EzyGet is a platform that connects users with service providers (e.g., handymen, electricians, plumbers, etc.) for various home-related services. We act solely as an intermediary between you (the customer) and the service providers. We do not directly employ or control the service providers listed on our app.
3. User Obligations
- You must be at least 18 years old to use EzyGet.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or booking a service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4. Service Provider Responsibility
While we make reasonable efforts to verify the identity and qualifications of service providers, EzyGet does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or performance of any services provided. All services are the sole responsibility of the service provider.
5. Payments
- All service payments are processed securely via integrated first-party Wallet and Cash.
- EzyGet does not store or process your payment card details directly.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a service booking within a time frame specified in the service terms. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges. Details are available in the cancellation policy for each service.
7. Limitation of Liability
EzyGet is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to service dissatisfaction, delays, or property damages resulting from the use of our app or services provided by third-party service providers.
8. Cookie & Data Policy
EzyGet may use cookies and tracking technologies to improve your app experience. By using the app, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may collect anonymized usage data and analytics (e.g., via Firebase or Google Analytics) to improve service performance.
9. Communications
By registering an account on the EzyGet mobile app, you agree to receive:
- Transactional emails and app notifications
- Occasional promotional communications (with an option to opt out)
We do not sell or share your contact information with third-party marketers.
10. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All content, logos, and branding on the EzyGet app are the intellectual property of EzyGet and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent. Service providers retain rights to their own profiles and service descriptions.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
